Resumen
This work is based on the study of physical agents in rehabilitation that allow through its diverse physiological effects provide a better treatment response. For which we have selected the laser, ultrasound, electrotherapy and magnetic fields which through research and practice, and thus through the meta-analysis and evidence-based medicine show good management independently therefore it is necessary to prove its effectiveness as a whole which is the real objective of this study. Traumatic injuries of upper limb that may be of occupational or mechanical. We evaluated a total of 35 patients who were selected according to age, sex, occupation and pathology taking into account the responsibility of the upper limb in performing daily life activities. Rating scales were chosen as Kendall test and algesimetria to consider the outcome of patients in a period of 8 -12 sessions and mostly in 2 cycles of treatment. This allowed us to develop a clinical practice guideline that provides greater scope for the proper management of electrophysical agents regarding facing current approaches to evidence-based practice.
