Resumen
In this study, bioactive hydroxyapatite
nanoparticles (HAn) were prepared by two different routes:
the wet chemical precipitation and the biomimetic method.
The aim of the work was to evaluate the morphology,
particle-size, cristallinity and phases of the powders
obtained. The synthesized particles were examined using
transmision electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform
infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
The results revealed that the nanoparticles were formed by
hydroxyapatite with a high level of cristallinity. Besides, the
shape and size of the nanoparticles were modified with each
preparation method.
