Resumen


Radio Frecuency identification is a technology of remote capture and identification of objects using information contained in tags attached to them. In the last two decades, tags implanted on live beings were used, but the consequences of this uses are unknown. This work presents an RFID tag analysis in animals and human beings, its normatives, characteristics and applications. Both technologies are compared and consequences of its use are presented, concluding on base of the information presented and discussed.
